PROJECT LOCATION Palm Beach, FL

A Cornish, Silva, Mungeam re-design of an original Donald Ross course located on the grounds on the world renowned Breakers Hotel. This fast track project was completed in 89 calendar days from demolition through grassing.

PROJECT LOCATION Boca Raton, FL

The golf course project included a complete renovation of a practice facility, the 10th Hole, as well as new and expanded cart staging and circulation areas adjacent to the clubhouse. This phase of the project was designed by Gary Player Design in conjunction with Tim Freeland.

PROJECT LOCATION Naples, FL

Complete renovation of an 18 hole championship course including stripping of existing turf/topsoil, new irrigation, drainage, greens renovation and expansion, additional cart paths and grassing the project. This was designed by Bobby Cupp, Jr.

PROJECT LOCATION Memphis, TN

Extensive renovations have been completed on this renowned golf course, home to the PGA Tour's FedEx St. Jude Classic. Designed by PGA Tour Design Services. The work included lake expansion, minor re-shaping of fairways and approaches, improved fairway drainage, tee & green additions and renovations including re-grading, new greensmix, drainage and grassing and both new and renovated bunkers. Champions Dwarf bermudagrass will replace the existing bentgrass on the putting surfaces. The fast-track renovations began on 6/1/04 immediately following this years' tournament and were completed in September 2004.

PROJECT LOCATION Vestavia, AL

This fast track renovation, designed by Glen Day–Alan Blalock included greens and drainage renovations. The project, located in suburban Birmingham, features improved strategy and includes 600 feet of rock lined streams.
