PROJECT LOCATION Millsboro, DE

Construction is underway on this new Jack Nicklaus signature course located in coastal Delaware. Routed around the onsite coastal wetlands, work on this challenging layout includes shaping, irrigation, golf course and storm drainage, features construction, including over 150,000 sf of low maintenance / waste bunkers, lake construction, and grassing utilizing Seaside II Creeping Bentgrass on the tees and fairways and Penn A-1 Bentgrass on the greens. The project was completed in the Fall of 2005.

PROJECT LOCATION Bryan, TX

This new 18-hole Nicklaus Design is located in Bryan, Texas, home of Texas A&M University. This project, located in the rugged Texas hill country, will be the golf course practice facilities for the Texas A&M University golf team. The Melrose Company of Hilton Head, SC, is developing the project and this is WGI's third project with them.

PROJECT LOCATION Roslyn, WA

Designed by Tom Doak of Renaissance Design, construction of this new 18 hole course is underway at the Mountain Star Resort. Located in Roslyn, this layout is set into the beautiful wooded terrain of central Washington. Construction was completed in the Fall of 2005.

PROJECT LOCATION Cedar Park, TX

This 18-hole, 7,021 yard Schmidt-Curley Design course was built into the beautiful yet rugged topography of Cedar Park, Texas. The project, developed by Crescent Resources, LLC, also includes a driving range and practice facility.
