PROJECT LOCATION Palm Desert, CA

Weitz Golf International along with the Golf Designers representative Eric Iverson, began preliminary scheduling mid July. Mass-grading will begin August 2nd with Weitz Golf's actual start up beginning mid September. As you can see from the attached pictures, this will be a challenging project as this site is about as rocky as it gets.

This project was completed in September 2005.

PROJECT LOCATION Jupiter, FL

New construction of Jack Nicklaus's home course in South Florida serves as the center piece of the exclusive private planned community. Weitz Golf's services also included construction of the Cartbarn, Proshop and members clubhouse.

PROJECT LOCATION Sheboygan Falls, WI

New construction of a Jack Nicklaus signature design golf course. The 18-hole layout meanders through the pastures and woodlands surrounding the Orion River. The course takes advantage of the natural contour changes in this region of Wisconsin.

PROJECT LOCATION Alpharetta, GA

The Georgia Tech Club developed by The Melrose Company in affiliation with The Georgia Institute of Technology, includes as its centerpiece, a new 18-hole, 7,325 yard championship course designed by Rees Jones. Set in the rolling hills north of Atlanta the course will incorporate several existing creeks and lakes into the layout. The project includes a state-of-the-art practice facility for use by members and the Georgia Tech men's golf team.

PROJECT LOCATION Dahlonega, GA

New construction of an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature design. The project scope included, in addition to the golf course, a new clubhouse, maintenance facility, cartbarn, and swim/tennis facilities designed by S. Vic Jones Associates.
