PROJECT LOCATION Sarasota, FL

Weitz Golf International completed construction of The Concession golf course located in Sarasota, Florida in 2005. The Nicklaus signature course, designed in association with Tony Jacklin, pays tribute to the sportsmanship displayed by Jack Nicklaus in the 1969 Ryder Cup match in which he conceded a putt to Tony Jacklin resulting in a tie, the first in Ryder Cup history.

The challenging 7,500 yard layout has been routed into the native oak hammocks and palmettos of Southwest Florida. The course features TifSport fairways and TifEagle greens. Greens construction will incorporate the Advanced Aer greens aeration / monitoring system. Weitz Golf also constructed the comfort stations and maintenance facilities under a design–build agreement.

PROJECT LOCATION Montrose, CO

Cornerstone Golf Club is located in the beautiful San Juan Mountains in southwest Colorado. The project is located on a 6,500 acre ranch that was once used for ranching and hunting with elevations ranging from 8,800 to 9,200 feet. Construction on this 8,000 yard Greg Norman Designed golf course completed in the Fall of 2007. Hunt Realty out of Dallas, Texas is the Owner and Developer of this incredible property.

PROJECT LOCATION Boerne, TX

Construction completed in the fall of 2005 on this Jack Nicklaus Signature course. Cordillera Ranch is a core golf course, consisting of 18 holes and two practice holes surrounding a state of the art practice facility. The course was built in conjunction with The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch. This is a master planned community comprised of approximately 8600 acres meandering through the San Antonio Hill Country. The scope of work for this project included mass excavation, shaping, golf course and storm drainage, feature construction, irrigation and grassing.

PROJECT LOCATION Truckee, CA

Gray's Crossing will be the exclusive, members only course for the Tahoe Mountain Club resort community being developed by East-West Partners.

The Jacobsen-Hardy designed course is routed into the rugged terrain above Lake Tahoe. The challenging 7,534 yard layout incorporates open meadows, dramatic rock outcroppings and holes carved from thick pine forests. The course will be completely sodded and will feature a custom bluegrass blend.

The project was completed in the Spring of 2007.

PROJECT LOCATION Bridgeville, DE

Construction on this Arthur Hills / Steve Forrest project started in November of 2004. This golf course of over 7000 yards will be very playable for all levels, but also challenging for the more accomplished golfer. There are numerous water features interspersed throughout the golf course. This is a planned community, which is being developed by Lennar Homes. The scope of work consists of mass excavation and grading work on the golf course and home sites, golf course and storm drainage, shaping, feature construction, irrigation, specialty construction and grassing.

PROJECT LOCATION Indian Wells, CA

This new 9-hole addition to an existing 27-hole golf facility was designed by Ted Robinson. The site included work in environmentally and archeologically sensitive areas with all earthwork closely monitored by onsite representatives.

PROJECT LOCATION Lake Worth, FL

This project involves construction of a new practice facility including driving range and a three hole practice course. The fast-track project, designed by Gene Bates, is being constructed for Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Dept.
