PROJECT LOCATION Jupiter, FL

This renovation project included gutting the 21,500 square foot existing building and adding 16,900 square feet of new construction. All construction was completed during a single off-season. Designed by Peacock and Lewis.

PROJECT LOCATION Dahlonega, GA

New construction of a 5,500 SF single story clubhouse and a 4,300 SF cart barn. Our scope of work also included extensive sitework and a 5,500 SF golf course maintenance building. Designed by S. Vic Jones, this clubhouse was completed in 2001.

PROJECT LOCATION Boca Raton, FL

Completed in the Fall of 2004, the project consists of a 17,700 SF Clubhouse and 2,000 SF Pool Cabana located at The Oaks of Boca Raton development in West Boca Raton. The two story clubhouse features Fitness and Aerobics areas, Sauna, Spa and Massage rooms, a Grill Kitchen with outdoor dining areas, Cappuccino / Juice Bar, Tennis Pro Shop, Child Care area and Multi-Purpose rooms. The project Architect was Sotolongo Architects of Miami and the Interior Design was provided by The Hutchins Group of Atlanta.

PROJECT LOCATION Boca Raton, FL

Work on the clubhouse included additions to the dining room and bar area, a new administration area, a new Porte Cochere and entry foyer in the main clubhouse, as well as renovation and upgrades to the clubs' entry guardhouses and golf course restroom/shelters. This phase of the project was designed by Slattery & Associates of Boca Raton.

PROJECT LOCATION Rio Verde, AZ

Southwestern architecture set against dramatic views of the rugged Mazatzal Mountain Range provide a unique golf experience. The clubhouse features spacious dining and lounge areas, pro shop, exercise space and a full service banquet and kitchen facility. Weitz provided services throughout the preconstruction phase to maximize the owners options and the projects value.
