PROJECT LOCATION Jupiter, FL

The Bear's Club is the home of the legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus. The Clubhouse and surrounding buildings have the charm of an old world European village. This feeling is created by the Club's rustic exterior features: rough limestone façade, heavy timber outlookers, tongue and groove soffits, true barrel tile clay roof utilizing a custom color palette, forged iron railings and decorative grilles. The old world feel carries through to the interior of the club with cherry wood trim, paneling, beams, and casework. In addition to casual, formal, and private dining areas the clubhouse features six locker rooms. The four men's locker rooms are named after the four major golf tournaments. The men's Founder's locker room and the women's locker room have full bathroom and shower facilities adjoining them. As a final touch, the club also features guest room accommodations named after four famous golf destinations. Scope of services also included construction of all guard houses, shelters, and a new cartbarn/proshop building designed by Peacock and Lewis.
