PROJECT LOCATION Delray Beach, FL

The project involves a 11,000 sf addition and 12,000 sf of renovation. The project includes new men’s and women’s spa facilities, aerobics, pilates and cardio fitness areas, men’s and women’s spa/fitness locker rooms and bathroom/shower areas and an expanded casual dining venue with display kitchen and both indoor and outdoor seating. The project also includes a new tennis shop, spacious covered loggias overlooking the courts and an exhibition tennis court. Weitz Golf provided extensive preconstruction services in the months leading up to member vote and approval as well as throughout the design process. The building was designed by Peacock and Lewis with interior design by Sam Rosenberg Design. Construction completed in March of 2007.

PROJECT LOCATION Jupiter, FL

The fast-track renovation of the East Clubhouse began in the Spring of 2003. Designed by Peacock and Lewis, the renovation of the 83,700 SF Clubhouse includes a 38,000 SF expansion of the Casual and Formal Dining Rooms, new Men's and Women's Card Rooms, Salon, Spa and Fitness areas. Other improvements include complete renovation of kitchen and grill facilities, administration areas and new/upgraded mechanical and electrical systems. The club will be updated with all new interior finishes, millwork and furnishings.

PROJECT LOCATION Demarest, NJ

Construction completed in 2007 on this new clubhouse project located in Northern New Jersey, just 30 minutes from New York City. The 56,000 SF, three level clubhouse is being designed by Peacock + Lewis and Kaplan Gaunt, DeSantis. The project includes sitework (paving, drainage and utilities), five (5) tennis courts, playground and swimming pool complex. The traditional clubhouse contains large formal and casual dining rooms supported by state of the art kitchens and expansive men's and women's locker rooms. The buildings exterior features steep pitched gable roofs and natural stone veneer with brick accents.

Working closely with the Club and Design Team, Weitz Golf provided comprehensive pre-construction services in the 18 months leading up to the start of construction including, budgeting, value analysis and scheduling.

PROJECT LOCATION Scottsdale, AZ

New construction of a 44,500 square foot clubhouse designed by Vernon Swaback Associates.

PROJECT LOCATION Suwanee, GA

This new facility included construction of a 26,000 square foot clubhouse, pro-shop, event pavilion, cart storage, maintenance and pumphouse buildings. Weitz Golf provided design-build services for this entire project. S. Vic Jones & Associates.

PROJECT LOCATION Monteverde, FL

Weitz Golf has completed construction on this exciting new clubhouse for Ginn Development International located just north of Orlando, Florida. The project was constructed under a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) agreement and was designed by MAI Design Group of Denver, Colorado. Weitz Golf also provided Pre Construction services for the project.

The project includes a 63,000 square foot Clubhouse and a 1,800 square foot Gatehouse. All of the buildings in the project reflect a Tuscan theme with exterior materials including natural stone veneer, heavy timber, aged stucco and barrel tile roofing. Interior finishes make extensive use of wood flooring and ceilings, heavy timber, plaster and stone.

The clubhouse complex also includes extensive hard scape and terraces connecting the buildings. The Clubhouse features an extensive Wine Room, Private Dining, Display Kitchen, Dining, Spa/Massage, Men's and Women's Locker rooms, 19th hole Lounge, Pro Shop and Cart Storage.

PROJECT LOCATION Sarasota, FL

Weitz Golf International has completed construction of the 8,800 square foot state of the art turf care center and all related sitework under a design-build agreement. Design of the Turf Care Center was handled by Alan Strassler Architects. Sitework began in January of 2006 with the building construction scheduled to start by February 1, 2006.
