Staff Additions

Weitz Golf International is pleased to announce the following staff additions:

Greg Carlson has been named President of Weitz Golf International. With 14 years experience with The Weitz Company and 21 years of total construction experience, Mr. Carlson's responsibilities will involve the management of all activities related to the preconstruction, construction and marketing activities of Weitz Golf International. Mr. Carlson was previously president of the Kansas City Business Unit of Weitz.

Martin Hoffey joins the Weitz Golf team as Director of Business Development. Mr. Hoffey has been actively involved with Weitz for the past 6 years and in the construction industry for 21 years. His experience will further expand Weitz Golf's resources and capabilities, to better service our increasing client / designer base. Mr. Hoffey will be based out of Weitz Golf's Kansas City office.

Tom Bush has joined Weitz Golf as Pre-Construction Manager. Tom brings over 15 years' experience in the golf course construction industry. Prior to joining Weitz Golf, Bush spent 6 years as Director of Golf Course Construction for Troon Golf, the world's largest golf course management company. Prior to Troon Golf he held the position of Construction Superintendent for Course Doctors; a North Carolina based golf course construction firm, as well as six years as a Golf Course Superintendent with Club Corp of America. Tom will be responsible for all phases of golf course construction and will be based out of the Phoenix, AZ office.
