Montverde, Florida – Weitz Golf International has commenced construction of the gatehouse and main clubhouse at Bella Collina, a 1,900 acre, high–end residential project being developed by Ginn Development International in the rolling hills north of Orlando, Florida.

Designed by renowned clubhouse architects, Marsh and Associates, the buildings will feature natural stone veneers on the interior and exterior, heavy timber framing and themed stucco and plaster finishes. The clubhouse will include a spacious wine room, wine storage, private dining, casual dining, formal dining as exterior, terrace dining. Spa treatment rooms, soaking tubs, whirlpools and a salon are provided for members. Also included are Men's and Women's locker rooms and a Men's Lounge with 19th Hole bar. The terraces and walkways connecting the clubhouse buildings will replicate the ambiance of a Tuscan village. The hilltop location will provide panoramic views of Lake Apopka and the surrounding area. The gatehouse will be complete in the Fall of 2006 while the 63,300 square foot clubhouse is scheduled to be complete in late 2007.
