SILVER ROCK RESORT – LA QUINTA, CA

Temecula, California (April 2004) - The City of La Quinta, Redevelopment Agency awarded to Weitz Golf Construction, Inc. the contract for the construction of Silver Rock Resort designed by Palmer Course Design. This contract is for the construction of the first of two 18-hole championship golf courses. In the future, the resort will have a hotel and other amenities that will be available to the community. Apart from the typical golf course construction scope of work, the contract also includes extensive landscape and water feature construction. Completion of this project is expected in November of 2004 with a scheduled opening in early 2005.
