Temecula, California (May 2004) - Weitz Golf International has been selected to complete the construction of the Prospect Golf Course at Mountain Start Resort in Roslyn, Washington. Mountain Star Resort is owned by Lowe Enterprises and Jeld-Wen, Inc. The construction of this Arnold Palmer designed golf course began last year and Weitz Golf will complete the remaining 3 holes and the Driving Range. Weitz Golf has mobilized the necessary staff to meet the scheduled opening of July 4th of this year.

Weitz Golf International has also been contracted to construct the second 18-hole course planned in this community. Tumble Creek Golf Course is being designed by Tom Doak of Renaissance Golf Design, Inc. Mr. Doak is known for creating courses with a minimum amount of disturbance to the land and for his personal attention to detail during the construction process. The course at an elevation of 2,500 ft, overlooks the Cascade Mountains and will provide both a challenge and a breathtaking view to the player.

With a 149-year history of financial strength and time tested project controls, Weitz Golf continues to be a leader in golf course and clubhouse construction.
