ADMIRAL'S COVE – JUPITER, FL

North Palm Beach, Florida (April 2004) - Weitz Golf International recently completed a two-year renovation project for Admiral's Cove in Jupiter, FL that involved both of their clubhouses.

The Golf Village clubhouse renovation completed in late 2002 involved approximately 20,000 SF of renovations and additions. Renovations included a completely new "display" style kitchen and new interior finishes throughout the entire building. Additions included a covered, open air, dining terrace.

The east or main Clubhouse renovation completed in late 2003 involved approximately 100,000 SF of renovations and additions. Renovations included two new kitchens and new interior finishes throughout the entire building. Additions included increased dining areas for casual and fine dining, a three story loading dock and mechanical room expansion and a three story cart barn, fitness and aerobics room expansion.
