INTERNATIONAL GOLF CLUB

NORTH PALM BEACH, FL (May 2003) — Weitz Golf International is currently working with Steve Smyers to renovate the International Golf Club located in Orlando, Florida. This fast track renovation includes the complete renovation of the courses greens, tees, bunkers, drainage and irrigation systems. The renovation is scheduled to be complete in August 2003.
