PRO KIDS GOLF ACADEMY — PHASE II

SAN DIEGO, CA (July 2003) — Weitz Golf International has been awarded the second phase of renovation work at the Pro Kids Golf Academy and Learning Center, located in San Diego, California. Designed by Golf Properties Design, the renovation includes selective clearing and grading, new features, improved drainage, re-grassing and landscaping. Weitz completed the Phase One renovations last year and Phase Two is expected to be complete in August 2003.
