WOODFIELD COUNTRY CLUB

BOCA RATON, FL (May 2003) — Weitz Golf International has been awarded the construction contract for the upcoming expansion of the Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida.

This multi-phased project consists of demolition of the existing clubhouse and sales center, a new 80,000 SF Clubhouse, new Halfway House, Cart Storage Building, and Tennis Facility. Also included is the remodeling and 25,000 SF expansion of the “Cascades” building which houses fine dining, spa and fitness functions. The Halfway house has been completed and construction has begun on the Cart Storage Building. Construction of the clubhouse is expected to begin in Summer 2003. Overall project completion is scheduled for the Spring of 2005.

Peacock and Lewis of West Palm Beach, Florida are the Architects for the project and Image Design of Atlanta, Georgia the Interior Designers.
