THE OAKS AT BOCA RATON

NORTY PALM BEACH, FL (December 2003) – Weitz Golf International has been awarded the contract for construction of the new Clubhouse and Cabana buildings at The Oaks at Boca Raton development in Western Boca Raton. Construction of the 17,700 SF Clubhouse and 2,000 SF Cabana will begin immediately and is scheduled to be complete in the Summer of 2004. The two story clubhouse features Fitness and Aerobics areas, Sauna, Spa and Massage rooms, a Grill Kitchen with outdoor dining area, Cappuccino / Juice Bar, Tennis Pro Shop, Child Care area and Multi-Purpose rooms. The Clubhouse, developed by Kenco Communities, was designed by Sotolongo Architects of Miami. The Hutchins Group of Atlanta is handling the Interior Design.
