LAGORCE COUNTRY CLUB

MIAMI BEACH, FL (October 2003) — Weitz Golf International has completed the renovation of the LaGorce Country Club in Miami Beach, Florida. Nestled between Biscayne Bay and beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, LaGorce offers the finest in traditional style golf. The renovation was overseen by Pearson Golf Design and included: excavating a new lake, bunker upgrades with new sand, stripping and re-grassing of the greens putting surfaces, new chipping/putting areas and new target greens for the driving range. The Weitz Golf International project team worked in association with Todd Evans, golf course maintenance superintendent and Ralph Pecca, General Manager from LaGorce Country Club to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner and under budget.
