SUN CITY SHADOW HILLS

TEMECULA, CA (September 2003) — Weitz Golf International has entered into contract with Pulte Homes/Del Webb for the construction of a nine-hole golf course to be a part of Sun City Shadow Hills; a master planned adult community located in the Palm Desert, California area. The golf course has been designed by Schmidt and Curley Design and under management by Flagstick Golf Course Construction Management, Inc. The construction of the nine holes and the residential area surrounding them is just the first phase. Pulte Homes/Del Webb has plans of building another nine holes in the land adjacent to the site.
