RED ROCK COUNTRY CLUB

LAS VEGAS, NV (August 2003) — Weitz Golf International has completed construction of the second phase of the new Red Rock Country Club 18-hole private golf course Designed by Palmer Design, the layout winds in and out of the mountains just 15 minutes west of the Las Vegas Strip. The golf course and many of the new home-sites offer dramatic views of the Strip and the entire valley. This is the second 18-hole course being constructed as part of a master plan development involving both Sunrise Corporation and Toll Brothers.

Weitz is currently renovating the original 18-hole golf course, built in the late 90's, with new grassing, bunker and irrigation improvements. Completion of this work is scheduled for early September.
