INCLINE VILLAGE CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE

NORTH PALM BEACH, FL (July 2003) — Weitz Golf International has been awarded the contract for renovation of the Incline Village Championship Golf Course in Lake Tahoe, Nevada a course originally designed by Robert Trent Jones. The renovation, designed by Kyle Phillips Golf Course Design, features extensive re-construction of the greens, tees and bunkers, re-shaping, fairway drainage improvements, new asphalt cart paths, new irrigation system and re-grassing. A new rock lined, cascading stream highlights the approach to the #9 green. The renovation is scheduled to be complete in the Fall of 2003.
