BEAR LAKES COUNTRY CLUB

NORTH PALM BEACH, FL (June 2003) — Weitz Golf International has begun the renovation of the Lakes Course at Bear Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. The Nicklaus Design project includes renovated greens, tees and bunkers, a new irrigation system, golf course drainage and exposed aggregate cart paths. The renovation is scheduled to be complete in September 2003.
