ADMIRAL'S COVE – EAST CLUBHOUSE

NORTH PALM BEACH, FL (April 2003) — Weitz Golf International has begun the renovation of the Admiral’s Cove East Clubhouse, located in Jupiter, Florida. The renovation of the 83,700 SF Clubhouse includes a 38,000 SF expansion of the Formal and Casual Dining rooms, Men’s and Women’s Card rooms, and Salon, Spa and Fitness areas. Other improvements include complete renovation of kitchen and grille facilities, administration areas, and new mechanical / electrical systems. Additionally, the club will be updated with all new interior finishes, millwork and furnishings.

This fast track renovation project, designed by Peacock + Lewis / Image Design, is scheduled to be completed in early November 2003.
