ADMIRAL'S COVE – WEST CLUBHOUSE

NORTH PALM BEACH, FL (January 2003) — Weitz Golf International recently completed renovation of the Admiral's Cove - West Clubhouse, located in Jupiter, Florida. The renovation of the 16,000 SF clubhouse included all new interior finishes, improved kitchen layout, a new buffet line and Display Kitchen, Dining Room and Lounge furnishings, expanded Women's Card Room and a covered Dining Patio overlooking the 10th tee.

Design and pre-construction work is currently underway on the 72,700 SF renovation and expansion of the East Clubhouse. The construction of the East Clubhouse is slated to begin in April 2003.
