ADMIRAL'S COVE

JUPITER, FL (July 2002) — Weitz Golf International has been awarded the renovation contract for both the East and West clubhouses at Admiral’s Cove, Jupiter, Florida. Work in the 16,000 SF West Clubhouse consists of minor remodeling, new millwork, new interior wall, floor, ceiling finishes and new lighting. Work on the West Clubhouse is underway and is scheduled to be complete this fall.

Design and pre-construction work is currently underway on the 72,700 SF renovation and expansion of the East Clubhouse. New features will include expanded casual and formal dining facilities, new kitchen, new card rooms and meeting rooms, as well as, outdoor plazas and walkways. The construction of the East Clubhouse is slated to begin in April 2003.
