ROSE CREEK

NORTH PALM BEACH, FL (October 2002) — Weitz Golf International recently completed construction of the new Rose Creek golf course in Edmond, Oklahoma. The championship course, designed by Arthur Hills will open for play in early Summer 2003. The course features challenging play and provides a large practice and teaching facility.

Additionally, Weitz Golf has started construction of the private development's state of the art Aquatic Facility which features zero depth entry play areas, water spray jets, a six lane Olympic competition pool, waterslide, waterfalls, spa areas, large sun decks and bathhouse. Construction of the 4-1/2 acre Aquatic Facility is scheduled for completion in early Summer 2003.

Rose Creek, a private master planned community, is being developed by The Melrose Company of Hilton Head, South Carolina.
