JUPITER HILLS CLUB

TEQUESTA, FL (September 2002) — Weitz Golf International has completed the construction of the new Clubhouse for the Jupiter Hills Club located in Tequesta, Florida.

The 40,000 SF two-story Clubhouse sits atop the highest dune in the community and offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and existing golf courses, which are carved into the coastal dunes. The Upper Level features the Main Dining Rooms, Lounge, Board Room and Kitchen. Wide wrap-around terraces allow for spectacular views in all directions. The Lower Level contains the Men’s and Women’s Locker rooms, administration area, and Golf Pro Shop. The clubhouse, styled after a Long Island country home, incorporates lap siding, “shake” style concrete roofing tile and aluminum clad wood windows.

Weitz Golf provided pre-construction services to the project team in the months leading up to the start of construction. The project was constructed in 12 months and completed on time and under budget.
