MIRASOL GRAND CLUBHOUSE

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL (May 2002) — Weitz Golf International was recently awarded the construction contract for the Grand Clubhouse in the new Mirasol community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Construction of the 56,000 square foot clubhouse began in mid-April and will be completed by July 2003.

The two story clubhouse includes formal and casual dining, lounges, meetings rooms, locker rooms, card rooms and a complete golf pro shop. Beginning next year, Mirasol will be the new home of the PGA Tour’s Honda Classic. Mirasol is being developed by Taylor-Woodrow Communities an award winning country club developer and luxury homebuilder with offices world-wide.
