WEITZ GOLF INTERNATIONAL AWARDED TWIN CREEKS GOLF COURSE

Golf Course To Be Centerpiece of Upscale Residential Community

NORTH PALM BEACH, FL (December 2001) — Weitz Golf International has commenced construction of the Twin Creeks golf course project located just North of Austin in Cedar Park, Texas. This 18-hole, 7,021 yard Fred Couples designed course is being built into the beautiful yet rugged topography of this pristine area. Construction also includes a driving range and practice facility.

Harry Turner is the representative of Twin Creeks Holding, LTD, which is the project Owner. The community is being developed by SWD Communities, LLC of Newport Beach California and Crescent Resources, LLC a national real estate development and land management company based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
