ROSE CREEK GOLF COURSE

EDMOND, OK (August 2001) — Weitz Golf International has begun construction of the Arthur Hills designed Rose Creek Golf Course in Edmond, OK. The golf course and surrounding community is being developed by The Melrose Company of Hilton Head, SC. The par 72, 7,113 yard course is being constructed in the open rolling land on the west side of Edmond and is scheduled to be completed during the latter part of 2002. Weitz Golf plans to complete a majority of the earthwork and major drainage this fall and early winter.
