THE BULL AT PINEHURST FARMS

SHEBOYGAN FALLS, WI (August 2001) — While growing up on the family farm in Sheboygan Falls, David Bachmann, Jr., always felt that the land had great potential for a golf course. Pinehurst Farms had established itself as a successful entity in the area. During these years, the golf courses of Kohler were developed which has defined the region as a destination point for golf.

After convincing his father that the farm was better suited as a golf course, Bachmann began working to determine the feasibility of a golf facility. In the fall of 1999, the decision was made to move forward with The Bull at Pinehurst Farms. Bachman selected Weitz Golf International of North Palm Beach, FL. to work as the planning and pre-construction project manager.

The site is ideal for a challenging golf course with a variety of natural conditions, woodlands, open pasturelands, bluffs, and the Onion River transversing the property.
