THE NICKLAUS GOLF CLUB AT LIONSGATE GOLF COURSE CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY

NORTH PALM BEACH, FL (November 1999) — Weitz Golf International announced today that construction has begun on The Nicklaus Golf Club at LionsGate, located in Overland Park, Kansas. This exciting project includes an 18-hole golf course, a 13,700sq. ft. clubhouse, cart barn and other support facilities, and is scheduled for completion April 2001.

"It is especially gratifying that we were brought in during the early feasibility/development stage, and that we have been assigned the total project.
